In case you just can’t get enough of the Ten-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness, City Council has a workshop meeting on it scheduled for 5 p.m. tonight (Thursday, the 30th), in the Main Assembly Room of the City County Building. Council members are likely to ask representatives of the TYP office questions like, “How’s that whole public relations thing going?” and, “Is there any way to get this wrapped up before next year’s elections?”
