Mark Busby has cut the ribbon on Busby’s Tango Cafe, located in the former site of Margarita’s in Downtown West, 8808 Kingston Pike. They really mean “tango,” and will offer free dance lessons each night from 9:30 p.m.-10: 30 p.m., along with fine dining and what they like to call “upscale night life.” A small sampling of the menu: Seared Halibut, Grilled Calamari Salad, Jack Daniels Pecan Pie, and a Smokey Miso Tofu Sandwich.
