Thinking of opening a new BBQ Restaurant in the Knoxville Area. NAME IT?

I am looking into opening a new BBQ restaurant and catering co. in the Knoxville TN area. I am taking suggestions for names! What are you thinking. Catchy is good. Thanks for the help.
