If Mr. Neely will look closely at the waterfront video, he will see that it isn’t “almost all new construction.” [“Coffee Sign,” Secret History, Nov. 11, 2010] Most of the homes remain, including my own—thankyouverymuch. Someone interested in this area should know that there are existing houses for sale with driveways and yards—the waterfront won’t be the exclusive domain of the condo dweller. Businesses are revitalizing existing buildings and aren’t waiting on new construction. Hopefully, a home can be found for the JFG sign as well.
