From its humble beginnings in 1981 to its current relocation plans for a new 9,500 square foot facility, the Three Rivers Market has served the community and its 2,200 customer-based membership as an environmentally conscious store. Being the only co-op grocery store in the state, Three Rivers specializes in local, organic, and naturally-grown foods. Fresh produce, cheeses, fair-trade coffees, chocolates, and teas, and more than 200 culinary and medicinal herbs and spices, along with the largest bulk food selection in town, and freshly prepared deli foods have made them a Knoxville favorite.
