Sapphire Offers Lunchtime Jewel

After flirting with the idea for about a year, lunch is now a reality at Sapphire on Gay Street from 11 a.m.-3-p.m. Their new chef, Erik Freeman, has worked up a brisket club sustained by smoked beef from Maryville’s own Full Service BBQ, along with Grainger County BLTs and an heirloom tomato Caprese Salad. Oh, and the bar will be open noon and night. or 637-8181
