MoogFest Adds Big Boi, Jónsi, and Caribou

The lineup for MoogFest, the AC Entertainment-organized festival honoring synth pioneer Robert Moog scheduled for Asheville, N.C., in October, has added three more big-name acts. Big Boi (better known as one-half of the Atlanta hip-hop duo OutKast), Sigur Rós singer Jónsi, and Canadian producer/programmer/singer Daniel Snaith, who performs as Caribou, will all appear at MoogFest alongside previously announced MGMT, Massive Attack, and Thievery Corporation Oct. 29-31. The full schedule will be announced on Aug. 10, and tickets go on sale Aug. 13.
