I’m writing in regard to Ed Hooper’s book Knoxville’s WNOX. My mother, Lodeen Kitts, performed with her siblings on the Midday Merry Go Round and Tennessee Barn Dance. Imagine my surprise when they appear on the cover of this book, with the wrong date and, more importantly, misidentified. We have been searching for years for lost pictures and information, and now this. I hope the information is corrected. I would appreciate any help available. My mother is deceased now. This was her glory. It would be wonderful for her to be acknowledged. She is the farthest lady to the right in front of the door with a black suit and black boots. The year is 1944. Please help.
