Lenny’s Subs and a Movie, Downtown?

Brother and sister team Dian Trosclair and Sean Norris, who own the rights to develop Lenny’s Sub Shops in Knox, Blount, and Sevier counties, can still be seen working behind the counter and meeting and greeting at the newest location at 522 S. Gay St. in downtown, though it opened at the turn of the year. “The downtown area feels more like a lifestyle center than the business hub of Knoxville,” says Trosclair. Plans for this store include possible outdoor seating, and it already has new menu items, like a premium French Dip. The two, who are both native to East Tennessee, anticipate a busy evening business downtown, and will keep the store open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Eventually, they expect to contribute 13 franchises total in the East Tennessee area.
