Mike Diaz, a South Florida musician/producer who’s getting some attention on the blogosphere for projects he records under the name MillionYoung, has just released his second EP, Be So True. Pitchfork called his self-released 2009 EP Sunndreamm a “blissful paean to lazy Saturday afternoons.” Be So True is a hazy, melancholy piece of electronic pop, and it just happens to have been issued by Arcade Sound Ltd., a boutique label based in Knoxville and run by Ryan Foltz and William Croucher. Recordings by MillionYoung, Okay Lindon, and Money House Blessing—none of them local—are available at arcadesoundltd.com.
