Very much loved your coffee article of last week but was disappointed that the Downtown Grind, that opened on Gay Street going on seven years ago, was never mentioned! [“Revenge of the (Coffee) Nerds” by Cari Wade Gervin, Dec. 16, 2010] We use Vienna coffee, have a marvelous peppermint mocha, umbrellas and fresh flowers on the patio in the springtime, and some great jazz to put the right spin on your red-eye! I have worked here for most of the seven years and have loved every minute!
