Local tattooer Doc Cooper brought back Best in Show in Flash from the 18th Meeting of the Marked tattoo convention in Pittsburgh. Cooper is in residence at Saint Tattoo at 1020 N. Broadway, which currently has a large selection of hand-painted flash on display. Cooper will probably get a lot of use out of his prize: a custom Kevin Chasek tattoo machine.
