Shouldn't Attorney Don Bosch Be on Retainer for UT Athletics?

Well, it was a matter of time.

Knoxville defense attorney Don Bosch now represents University of Tennessee Vol football player Darren Myles, who was arrested the night after the Orange and White game for drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Myles, a 19-year-old safety, had been one of the stars of the game.

Bosch, a former UT letterman, has handled a number of high-profile cases involving UT athletes in recent months. In this case he was reportedly contacted by Myles’ mother and asked to take the case.

Myles was thrown out of Sobu, on Kingston Pike, and was allegedly riding on the hood of a car when police arrived at 2:30 a.m. The charges are misdemeanors.
