The April Fool's Issue Was Funny

I know funny: Pre-Spy, I helped to write and edit Playbore, the internationally famous parody of America’s best-known magazine for men (where we asked “Is Wrestling Fixed?” and published the results of a shocking 13-year investigation) and The Post New York Post (“KABOOM! It’s World War III”). And so I wanted to tell you I laughed, many times, reading your April 1, 2010 issue. From “Our Parking Lot Heritage” to “Coal Ash: Is It Really So Bad?” to “Silly” by Lovery Loverson, Jr., and beyond, I think Metro Pulse 2.0 may really have paved the path for a new wave of journalistic excellence in Knoxville. What, me worry?
