In Frank Cagle’s column last week [“Strong Message,” Frank Talk], he wrote that Speaker Kent Williams had donated money to legislative candidate Pat Marsh from his Speaker’s PAC. The paperwork for the Speaker’s PAC is still being prepared. The money was donated through existing PACs.
