Now the Vols have clawed their way back to respectability with a 23-13 loss to No. 1-ranked Florida last Saturday, the city’s free game-day parking offer has increased in value for at least the home game against Ohio on Sept. 26. This is the second year parking is free at the Market Square and State Street garages for all eight home games, and city administrators encourage you to park free early; the spaces do fill quickly.
