Popcorn died a little too soon. If he could've held on till the end of this legislative session he could have avoided the double charge of having liquor and a gun on his premises. He could have packed the gun into the local bar and been legal. I think the resistance to selling wine in grocery stores and the determination to lock up an old moonshiner have a lot in common. It's called hypocrisy.
