HardKnox Pizza is scheduled to open soon in Western Plaza, but the owners have already built a buzz on the social network Twitter, with 396 followers. Recent tweets include: “Oven is on its way from Earthstone” (June 24); “Sign is up on the storefront” (June 10); “Met with Tommy from Woodruff Brewing today. Going to be serving two of their fine brews. Calling them Hard Knox Heavyweight & Lightweight” (June 5); and the especially welcome “Now Interviewing People with a Passion for Pizza Excellence” (June 24). HardKnox will feature hand-crafted, wood-fired (at 850 degrees) pizzas in the $7-$15 range for a 10-inch pie.
