The city’s One Year Development Plan is a land use and zoning plan for the city of Knoxville, put to use toward meeting the goals of the city's five year development plant. It is updated annually by members of the Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission. Over the next few weeks, the MPC will be holding a series of public meetings to discuss all proposed changes to the city’s one year development plan.
North, East, and Central Sectors
Monday, Feb. 9, at 6 p.m. New Harvest Park Community Bldg., 4775 New Harvest Lane.
South Sector
Thursday, Feb. 12, at 6 p.m. at Dogwood Elementary School 705 Tipton Avenue.
West and Northwest Sectors
Monday, Feb. 23, at 6 p.m. in the Bearden Middle School Cafeteria 1000 Francis Road
