It’s been almost four years since Robinella’s last studio album. But she’s got a new one coming soon—Fly Away, Bird will be available at Robinella’s appearance at the WDVX Blue Plate Special at the Square Room on Friday, Dec. 18, at noon.
It’s Robinella’s second solo album. Solace for the Lonely, her 2006 solo debut, followed three albums with the CC Stringband in the early ’00s, including a self-titled album released on Columbia Records in 2003.
She’s scheduled extensive tour dates through the Southeast and into New England in January and February in support of the new disc.
