You might still have just enough time to grab free tickets to De La Soul’s 20 Years High and Rising concert at the Valarium tonight if you hurry. The show was originally listed at $20-$22, but slow advance sales prompted the giveaway promotion. The process at thevalarium.com is absurdly simple: In return for a single e-mail address, you can get up to four printable tickets. If you don’t want to give up an e-mail address, you can pick up tickets at Disc Exchange on Chapman Highway or Swagger on Kingston Pike.
The catch is that while tickets are required for admission, a ticket won’t guarantee entry. So get there early. Doors open at 7 p.m.
