Knoxville attorney Gordon Ball is considering entering the Democratic primary for governor. Ball specializes in class-action consumer products lawsuits. He has been involved for decades in an effort to clean up pollution in the Pigeon River caused by the effluent from a North Carolina paper mill, winning a series of judgments for property owners in Tennessee.
He recently filed suit against TVA for the Kingston Steam Plant ash spill on behalf of nearby property owners.
