Pellissippi State Adds Students, Saves Trees

Though it has set records in fall enrollment for the third year in a row, Pellissippi State Technical Community College is still saving money where it can. For the first time in its history, the 35-year-old school decided not to issue a print version of its 28-page State of the College 2008, releasing it only online (pstcc15.pstcc.edu/soc/) in late March. The move was made “in consideration of the state of the economy,” according to a postcard mailed to key supporters and alumni—a group that will only increase if enrollment trends continue.
