Her "will-write-to-pay-KUB" policy has extended her writing career to two how-to books, numerous food, home and garden articles, a stint with TVA employee communications, commercial script writing, and two decades of reviewing children's books. She lives in a nicely blended family that includes a lawn-care professional, three teenage girls, eight dogs and cats and some sea monkeys.
