Why would we waste our unique downtown riverfront real estate on something that looks like a strip mall? That belongs in West Knoxville. CNN recently reported that Knoxville is among the fastest growing cities in the US. Lets build nice, unique buildings with retail space in the ground floor and offices above to spurn more economic growth. Also, who says riverfront apartments shouldn't be "class A" accomodations and prices? Students can live in normal student housing areas.
