Thank you Frank for your well thought out and historically grounded insight. I couldn't agree more. South Knoxville and Knoxville as a whole stand to benefit so much more by improving the traffic flow and safety level on Chapman Highway rather than ripping a five mile swath through our beautiful wilderness which is in the path of TDOT's projected James White Parkway extension. I hope and pray that our citizens will show up in large numbers at the meeting on December 6 in order to deepen their understanding and provide input to TDOT in this, their final segment of the Environmental Impact Study.
