Shame the University is planning on destroying some of the nicer character of the Ft. Sanders area while there are obviously properties in MUCH worse shape; not to mention the nearby vacant lots. Maybe the University will be able to acquire the homes easier than say a developer would. Demolish the homes. Decide they don't need the property after all and sell the now empty property to a developer. Or am I just being to cynical?
