There is a food that I consider to a Knoxville favorite... the steamed sandwich! I have tried to find these now that I live in Atlanta and there isn't anything like what they have at Gus's or Sam & Andy's. When I tell people about it they think that I am lying or tell my to try firehouse subs, which isnt the same. Also, I consider Petro's to be a Knoxville food. I will walk from any corner of Neyland stadium that I am in (which can be a task with the small concorses) to get a Petro on gameday.
