Jack once again you perfectly nailed it. It's a little difficult to fault Ms. Ray with getting all she can. My issue is with the board that supposedly manages KTSC. Do these dunderheads know anything? I guess they are the typical non-profit board that accept serving in order to impress but devote no real effort to knowing what is going on. They should all resign in humiliation.
