You should put more stock in anonymous postings, most of us who post anonymous due so because Mr. Padgett has a flair for threatening every action he deems as harmful to him with lawsuits. As a former eGov employee I can't state too much without violating an aging Non Disclosure Agreement, but it is my personal belief based on first hand observations that Mr. Padgett is unfit to run and maintain a business, let alone manage people.
