And yet, we are still, as a community, giving extra "weight" to the opinions of those whose ideas were soundly and firmly rejected. Those of us, and I do consider myself as one of the "us", who were right, whose ideas brought the success story you tell here, still must struggle to be heard and have our opinions and ideas be given serious consideration.
We changed things a little on the surface but, the foundational change needed to ensure continued success is as elusive as ever.
