This study does not include all the states this boarder Tennessee. Check out Miss, Ark, Ky. there per capita consumption is less. You have read the report the grocers paid for. Now go read the NIAAA report that they selectively sourced the information. Then try to arrive at the income numbers. Numbers don't lie unless you leave out important facts. Make sure you know what you are talking about before you put in print. A 25% increase in sales would amount to some 10,000,000 additional bottles of wine. Just who is going to buy this wine. A 55% increase is 22,000,000 additional bottles of wine. Good luck the state is at risk here not the grocery stores this is all about money.
