To me personally, Mr. Robbins sums up my criticism for this whole deal when he says God is the one who has to get him out of his mess. Why God? Why the taxpayers? Its his life, why is he choosing to not be a responsible adult. I think the Homeless episode of South Park should be watched by all. Make Knoxville unattractive and unwelcoming to the homeless so the number of those arriving dwindles. And then focus on helping those people in real need. Those who, like a lot of us, are willing to work for what we have. Not pill heads, drunks, etc who are just mooching off the system.
