I’m reminded of a quote from Alan Bennett's “The Other Country”: I saw somebody peeing in Jermyn Street the other day. I thought, is this the end of civilization as we know it? Or is it simply somebody peeing in Jermyn Street?
I agree that there should be a more visible police presence at Sundown. Mounted police offer great crowd control. Would AC and the city really foot the bill for that?
