I find it odd that Bullard says he is trying to help poor people, yet he is SELLING items DONATED to a charity. I realize that this is not illegal, but did the people that donated these items believe that they would not be given to people in need. And the place is an eyesore and most certainly gives a bad impression. Just the other day I walked down to the BP (I live next door to Katie), and the "gentleman" operating the garage sale at the time yelled at me to come over and buy something. That is just unacceptable behavior. As far as the pit bull puppies being "sold" for the animal rescue, I really hope they are being careful who they sale the dogs to. It seems like just the environment for the type of people who will purchase those dogs to train them to fight. And just so the current tenant understands, your lights aren't going to be turned back on by the goodness of KUB's hearts. You have to pay the bills.
