Yes and no. I live on the 100 Block as well, and so far as I know, there is no "design" for a park. In fact, I remember that the area was specifically excluded from the original public input session regarding the streetscape project.
Yes, the road is being removed. But the city promised an additional input session for what would go there. So far as I'm aware, that hasn't happened yet. Michael
