I have also worked for Chef Dennis at a 5 star hotel restaurant and know his family personally. I have worked for and with many top notch chefs. Chef Dennis is by far the best. I think food critic should take their $5.00 to McDonalds and leave the enjoyment of great food to people that know great food.
