As far as I'm concerned, you got the top 3 right on. But I would have put Teenage Love at #4. I mean, "Impurities"? "Corn Dog"? Their sloppily beautiful cover of The 5 Twins' "High School"? Classic. Also, not trying to toot my own horn, but...beep beep; a couple of MY old bands should have been on here, too. a.) The Clintons- I know they're on here, but WAY DOWN the list! C'mon, Clint Clinton, sexiest frontman in Knoxville! He wore the Knoxville's Best Band championship belt 'til Todd Steed hit him w/ a low blow while the ref wasn't looking! What other band could write the "Smoky Mountain Wrestling" theme song, and play it in ACTUAL wrestling rings? b.) Boy Genius- Did not even make the list! Wow, we were signed to a major label and put out (I think) a good solid pop-punk album that was probably ahead of its time (read: Fall Out Boy, et al). And w/ the whole Scott West thing, I figure HIS old band would warrant at least a mention...
