Okay, I've tried and tried but it is time for Mulligan's Restaurant in Gettysvue to give up the ghost. I wrote about them revamping from the old Adagio (if you can call a 12-month stint old). I've been to the new spot 3 times now and the decor is the only thing that has improved. I can live with the pizza, but anything that is supposed to be "fresh" has been treated with some type of preservative. I had the chicken salad once, and it was too heavy on the mayo and the mandarin orange garnish had a real chemical taste. This past Friday I tried the antipasto salad, and at least half the ingredients had that same taste. Yuck. Let's just hope they give up soon so we can get something good in there. Someboy suggested a Fresh Market -- how great would that be?! Let's contact their corporate office!(Novembe 2007)
