We went in for lunch on Saturday and there may have been four or five cars. The car hop took her time getting to us and it took even longer to get our order. The fresh squeezed lemonade was little more than sugar water. We sent that back and then the burgers arrived. My wife's was cold, the meat itself was still cold and the cheese was not melted. The bun was soggy and my wife refused to eat it. A very sarcastic car hop took it back and returned a good seven minutes later with the same burger, but a microwaved version. It had a piece of something that looked liked burned lettuce stuck to the top and the bun was like a rock from being re-heated. By this time my wife just said to take it back she didn't want anything. The car hop snatched it out of her hand and slung it in the garbage. She finally handed my wife two dollars for the returned food. Sunday morning my wife logged onto our bank and discovered Wally had taken the 15.30 out for our food and then took 415.30 out of our checking. We immediately got in the car and drove across town to Wally's to speak with a manager. He was ambivalent and flippant with my wife regarding the carhop's service and the mistake with our card. The whole experience was poor and we will not return to the establishment and will encourage our friends and family to do the same. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
