I have to disagree about the experience at this restaurant. I arrived with a party of five and on time for my reservation. We much anticipated the meal because the new restaurant has been talked about. After 30 minutes of waiting past the reservation I inquired with the hostess and was told we would have a table any minute. After waiting another _20_ minutes and watching two parties that arrived after us get seated I asked again and was told any minute. The staff definitely measure minutes differently than I do. Maybe a party of five isn't manageable by the restaurant. Parties of 6 arriving after us were seated so the extra chair must be the issue. But parties of 4 arriving after us were seated and we would have been happy to put an extra chair at a table for four - but since we weren’t asked we just had to wait. I think it would be better to tell the patrons that you are full so they could plan for a different night. It seems these guys overbook the reservations for some reason, so please be prepared for an unplanned wait.
